Sanitary fixtures, showers, baths, cabinetry, mirrors, tapware, tiling extents, waterproofing requirements and laundry provisions are documented before construction.
Services and energy
Electrical points, hot water, ventilation, heating and cooling, energy assessment items, smoke alarms and service connections depend on the home and site documentation.
What remains project-specific
Site works, retaining, service upgrades, authority requirements, estate rules, landscaping, window furnishings and optional upgrades must be confirmed in the final scope rather than assumed from an image.
