These terms explain the permitted use of the People Homes website and the status of its designs, prices, images, enquiries and general information.
Ask about these terms ↗By using this website, you agree to these terms and applicable Australian law. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. People Homes may update these terms, and the version displayed here applies from its stated update date.
Website content is provided as general information and an invitation to enquire. It is not legal, financial, planning, engineering, building or investment advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice relevant to your circumstances and site.
Floorplans, façades, interior images, dimensions, areas and specifications may be conceptual, illustrative or indicative. Images can include artistic interpretation, landscaping, furniture, finishes or upgrades. Site-specific working drawings, engineering, energy assessment, approvals and signed project documents determine what can be built.
Any starting price, promotion, package, inclusion, location, timeframe or availability statement is subject to its stated assumptions and may change. The selected design, façade, options, land, soil, slope, services, access, planning controls, authority requirements and contract documents can affect final scope and price.
An email, enquiry response or website page does not create a building contract or reserve a home or land. If you enter a formal agreement with People Homes, the signed contract, drawings, specifications, schedules and disclosures govern that project if they differ from this website.
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its text, branding, graphics, video, photography, plans and design presentations belong to People Homes or are used with permission. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal evaluation, but you must not reproduce, adapt, publish, sell, scrape or commercially exploit the website or its content without written permission.
You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, introduce harmful code, misrepresent your identity, harvest information about others or use automated methods that place an unreasonable burden on the service.
You are responsible for ensuring information submitted through an enquiry is accurate and that you are permitted to provide it. Please do not send sensitive identity, financial or medical documents through a general website enquiry. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. People Homes does not control those websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that People Homes endorses the third party.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure access. We may correct, update, suspend or remove content or functionality when reasonably required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, People Homes is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or from unavailable third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
